About these terms

This website and the Tunda Pop staff system are run by ISE Madyani Ltd, Mombasa, Kenya. By using them you agree to these terms. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

Ordering on this website

The order form sends us a request: the flavours, how many pops, and how to reach you. Nothing is sold, priced or paid on the website.

• We call you on the number you gave to confirm the flavours, quantity, price, day and place.
• The sale is agreed only on that call. Either of us can decline before then.
• Flavours depend on what we have on the day. We'll tell you on the call if something has changed.
• Please give a number you can be reached on. We can't fill a request we can't confirm.

Prices and payment

Prices depend on how many pops you buy and how they're packed, so we agree them with you on the call. Payment terms are agreed at the same time and shown on your invoice.

The helpers

The party calculator and the melt meter are rough guides, not promises. The temperature comes from a public weather service and may be a little out of date.

The staff system

The sign-in pages, Easy Mode, System and the admin are for ISE Madyani staff we've given an account. If you have one:

• keep your password to yourself and don't share your account;
• tell an administrator straight away if you think someone else has used it;
• record only what really happened: production, stock, sales and cash are business records.

What you do in the system is logged. We can suspend or close an account that's misused, or when someone stops working with us.

Using the site fairly

Don't send false orders, try to get into accounts or parts of the system you weren't given, or do anything that overloads or harms the site. We limit how many orders one connection can send in an hour.

Our name and content

The Tunda Pop name, logo and photos belong to ISE Madyani Ltd. Please don't use them without our permission.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be either. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Kenyan law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.

Changes and the law

We may update these terms, and when we do we'll change the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
